General Information
· Club meeting are usually held on the First Wednesday of the Month at 1 p.m.
· Board Meetings will be held at the discretion of the President with a time and place given when meeting is announced.
· All meeting will be held in member's homes, with the exception of larger gatherings to be held at St. Bartholomew Church, Two Lights Rd, or the CE Community Center, Rte # 77
Standing Rules
· Smoking will be prohibited at all meetings of the club.
· The President will act as ex officio member of all committees, except Nominating, without power to vote.
· Minutes of the Annual Meeting shall be read at the next regular meeting.
· A memorial service shall be held at each Annual meeting, where members deceased during the past yeara will be recognized.
· CANCELLATION POLICY - Meetings will be canceled whenever Cape Elizabeth schools are called off because of inclement weather. If in doubt call the telephone committee chair.
