How to submit information to the GCFM Website
General Information:
Contact the chairman for the topic you have material you would like to submit. For more information contact webmaster@mainegardenclubs.org
Club Information:
Your club must pay an annual fee to submit information. The current annual fee is $25 per club. If a club has an existing website of its own, a link to that club's website will be provided at no charge if a reciprocal link back to the GCFM website is posted on the club's website.
District Information:
Districts must pay an annual fee to submit information. The current annual fee is $25 per district. Please nominate one spokes person from your district to submit information and updates to webmaster@mainegardenclubs.org .
What format should be sent?
Any format is fine. The webmaster will be happy to discuss forms of submission and your page options with you. webmaster@mainegardenclubs.org .
My information is outdated what do I do?
Let the webmaster know which information you would like removed from the page. webmaster@mainegardenclubs.org .
How to sumit information to the GCFM Electronic Newsletter
Submit your articles, reports or advertisements by the deadline to the newsletter editor at newsletter@mainegardenclubs.org .
The deadlines for the Gardiners Voice Newsletter are:
April Issue deadline is February 15
July Issue deadline is May 15th
October Issue deadline is August 15th
January Issue deadline is November 15th
