3. to help establish new GCFM garden clubs where needed.

District Resources:
The Kennebec District maintains a leading resource collection of books and videos for use by members of the district clubs.  These are suitable for personal education, personal enjoyment, GCFM course support, and club programs.  Topics include: garden around the world, flower arranging and design, landscape design, basic botany, gardening techniques, flower show rules, etc.  A number of the books support the reading requirements for the Gardening Study course, the Landscape Design course and Flower Show School.
